wxDC* wxAutoBufferedPaintDCFactory ( wxWindow window)

Check if the window is natively double buffered and will return a wxPaintDC if it is, a wxBufferedPaintDC otherwise.

It is the caller's responsibility to delete the wxDC pointer when finished with it.
